About Us

Kim F. & Vanessa H. Voisin are the founding pastors of Vision Christian Center. They have served as senior pastor since July 15, 1992. Kim is originally from Grand Caillou and a high school graduate of South Terrebonne 1978. Vanessa is a graduate of South Terrebonne 1979. She was a former Hutchinson from Pointe-aux-Chene. They married right out of high school and started their family. Together, they had a life changing experience in 1983 in a small Pentecostal church near their home. Since that time, their life has been extremely changed. Serving the Lord has now become priority in their life.

Kim also serves as the Mid-South Foursquare District Superintendent of the Louisiana/Mississippi area. He has started 10 churches out of the congregation in Bourg. Church planting is an exciting part of his ministry. He works to develop and train emerging leaders. He has done pastoral leadership training in the country of Chile and also missions work in Panama.

Kim has a Masters Degree in counseling through Therapon Institute. He also has completed five years of schooling through Life Bible College. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling from Athens Clarke University. Kim is a Foursquare Disaster Relief Chaplain and is certified with FEMA.

Vanessa graduated Vocation College in 1989. She has done missions work in Mexico. She is the music administrator and serves alongside her husband leading the congregation in worship.

Kim’s and Vanessa’s greatest joy is being a part of lifting the barriers off people’s lives. God has placed an extraordinary gift of insight in the prophetic to help develop leaders. They have been married since 1979 and consider each other their best friend. They have four children and eight grandchildren. They come with a heart to serve and help leaders reach their greatest potential.
